Give your agent a video.
Keep the final say.

Bare Video is an open-source editing workflow for coding agents. It is being built to transcribe footage, plan cuts, choose visual layouts, open a browser preview, and export only after you approve the edit.

01

Show the person until there is something better to show.

The speaker is the baseline. Bare Video does not cover them with graphics just because the timeline feels quiet.

02

When the sentence points somewhere, use the frame.

A demo, screenshot, or tool can take half the screen while the speaker stays present.

03

Proof gets space.

If the speaker names a repo, result, website, or screen, show the actual thing. Do not shrink evidence into a decorative card.

04

Use designed scenes when the idea earns one.

Stats, steps, comparisons, and payoffs can take over briefly. Then get out of the way.

Seven states. No template roulette.

The agent chooses the frame from the meaning of the line. These are reusable building blocks, not seven skins for the same card.

From footage to preview.

The current repo has the design system, workflow rules, templates, machine doctor, and agent skill. The editing engine is the next build.
